Here are some of the biggest events happening around Houston this weekend (July 3–5, 2026):

1. Freedom Over Texas

  • 📅 Date: Saturday, July 4

  • 🕒 Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 📍 Location: Eleanor Tinsley Park

  • 🎟️ Admission: $15 (children 12 and under free with an adult)

  • ⭐ Features live performances by Keith Urban, Collective Soul, and Los Lonely Boys, family activities, food vendors, soccer-themed attractions, and a fireworks finale around 9:00 PM. Park & Ride is recommended due to heavy traffic. (Houston Chronicle)

2. Star Spangled Salute
